Downey & Lenkov Welcomes its New Attorneys Jack Fritschler and Nial Vender
Jack gained valuable experience clerking for a prominent Chicago plaintiffs’ personal injury firm before transitioning to defense work. His experience provides unique insight into opposing strategies to advocate for his clients.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jack served as a judicial extern for the Hon. John J. Curry, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Cook County and as a Teaching Assistant for business organizations. He received the Chicago-Kent Public Interest Center’s Certificate of Service in recognition of his pro bono work and earned a Master of Arts in Spanish Literature.
Nial is a dedicated attorney who is committed to representing employers, insurers and businesses in a wide range of litigation matters.
Before joining Downey & Lenkov, Nial gained insurance defense experience at firms similar in practice. In addition to practice experience, Nial served in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, assisting Baltimore residents with state and federal tax disputes. He helped resolve complex tax issues and successfully negotiated significant reductions in clients’ tax liabilities.
