We have an appellate advocacy group with extensive experience at all levels. Members of the group specialize in detailed legal research, persuasive brief writing and compelling oral argument. Their work covers all of the firm’s practice areas and involves cases in Illinois as well as Indiana. The appellate advocacy group has been instrumental in setting precedent in different areas of the law, including condominium and construction law. The group also handles administrative appeals relating to licensure and other similar issues.
