Kirsten Kaiser Kus Joins Workers’ Compensation Defense Institute

Income member Kirsten Kaiser Kus recently joined Workers’ Compensation Defense Institute (WCDI), serving as the group’s Indiana representative.

WCDI is group of top law firms from across the country that commit themselves to defending employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation related litigation. Members concentrate on delivering quality and cost-effective legal service to ensure timely and effective claim resolution. The group currently represents 14 states, with capital member Rich Lenkov and associate Tim Alberts serving as the firm’s Illinois representatives.
