Congratulations to Julius on his Retirement!

Julius joined Downey and Lenkov five years ago and we were fortunate enough to gain his expertise in real estate, construction, and mechanics lien law. His leadership in these practice areas has been unmeasurable.

Along with his illustrious 64-year career as an attorney, Julius actively proposed new and changed existing mechanics lien laws. He was also an author for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) for over 40 years and an original charter member of the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys (SOICA).

Julius plans to spend his retirement traveling with his wife and strengthening relationships with his retiree groups.
