Chicago of counsel Samuel Levine will present at Illinois State Bar Association’s (ISBA) Real Estate Law Update live webinar on November 4 and the Construction Law Primer for Young Attorneys and General Practitioners live webinar on November 5.

ISBA’s Real Estate Law Update: The full-day seminar addresses a number of key real estate issues, recent case law updates and legislative changes. Sam will be joining a panel presenting “Current Developments,” covering current issues and hot topics in real estate, including the impact of COVID-19 on the practice of law involving real estate.

Construction Law Primer for Young Attorneys and General Practitioners: The full-day program offers an in-depth overview on various issues that can arise in construction law cases and provides guidance on how to navigate these issues. Sam will present “Understanding Construction Claims and Construction Claims Processes,” covering construction statutes of limitations and repose, categories of damages and common issues that present themselves in construction claims.
