Samuel Levine to Present at Illinois State Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Update

Samuel Levine will present at the Illinois State Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Update. Samuel will join a panel that will examine how pending bankruptcies can affect tenant and condominium evictions, foreclosures of mortgages, installment contracts, mechanics liens, and judgment enforcement actions.

The full-day seminar addresses a number of key real estate issues, recent case law updates and legislative changes. Samuel also serves as a program coordinator for the seminar.
