Chicago of counsel Samuel Levine will participate in a three-part panel discussion at Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s Residential Real Estate seminar on September 9.
Samuel will join T. Nicholas Tyszka and Erica Minchella in “COVID: A Rose by Any Other Name Would Still Smell the Same.” Their panel will highlight COVID-19’s significant impact across the real estate law practice in Illinois. Select topics include foreclosure and eviction moratorium impacts, construction litigation issues as well as the possible long-term economic effects.
The full-day seminar addresses a number of key real estate issues, recent case law updates and legislative updates.
