Samuel Levine To Present at IICLE Mortgage Foreclosure & Workouts

Of Counsel Samuel Levine will present at the Mortgage Foreclosure & Workouts program for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) on December 7.

Samuel will speak on two panels over the course of the program: “Aspects of Commercial Foreclosures” and “Ethical Issues in Distressed Real Estate.”

In “Aspects of Commercial Foreclosures”, Samuel will join James V. Noonan from Noonan & Lieberman to discuss the unique aspects of receivership, alternative sales, and mechanics’ liens in commercial foreclosure matters.

In “Ethical Issues in Distressed Real Estate”, the panel will discuss a variety of cases and issues that have presented ethical issues in distressed real estate to alert practitioners to the differences and treatments of several important issues. Panelists will also discuss best practices in dealing with these issues.
