Samuel Levine and Howard Turner will present at The Chicago Bar Association’s Mechanics Liens and Construction Claims Seminar on March 28. The seminar will discuss mechanics liens and construction claims on both private and public projects; It will provide an analysis of how to prosecute and defend such claims, and the ethical issues involved in doing so.
