Please join Income Member Ryan Danahey as he presents at the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF) annual meeting on September 28 on “Defending Failure to Procure Claim – The Best Offense”.

The discussions will include the general elements necessary to prove the failure to procure an insurance claim against an agent/broker. The panel discussion involves various differences in defenses from venue to venue as well as general defense strategies that could be employed for all failures to procure a claim. Continuing legal education credit is available.
