Please join Income Member Ryan Danahey as he presents at the National Business Institute (NBI) virtual event on March 21 on “How to Bring Illinois Employee Handbooks Into Compliance”.

Ryan will speak on two topics over the course of the program: “Bringing Leave and PTO Policies Up to Speed” and “Creating and Updating Alcohol, Drug, and Marijuana Policies”.

The panel topics will include what changes need to be made to leave policies, explore hot topics in discrimination law, examine best practices for documenting termination decisions, and much more.
