Michael Milstein to Present at ClaimsXchange Annual Conference

Capital Member Michael C. Milstein will co-present “The Hidden Side of Claims and the Scary Pitfalls to Avoid” at the 2023 ClaimsXchange Annual Conference on 10/12. 

Michael joins Maren Mooney, Jayne Spies, Daniel Hecht, and Mary Boland to discuss the best approach to handle tricky cases, difficult opposing counsels, and uncovering what’s really beneath the surface of the claim. They will identify pitfalls in cases and how to avoid them. 

This session will be an open and interactive discussion for the panelists to describe the issues they face and provide recommendations, based on real-life scenarios for handling them.
