Margery Newman and Samuel Levine to Present at CBA Mechanics Liens and Construction Claims Seminar

Chicago income member Margery Newman and of counsel Samuel Levine will present at The Chicago Bar Association’s Mechanics Liens and Construction Claims Seminar on December 17. The seminar will discuss mechanics liens and construction claims on both private and public projects. The seminar will also provide an analysis of how to prosecute and defend such claims, and the ethical issues involved in doing so.

Select topics include proper payment systems, construction escrows, perfecting mechanics liens and much more.

Samuel will present “Bankruptcies and Claims.” Margery will present “Pass Through and Liquidating Agreements for the Construction Industry.”
