Capital Member Kirsten Kaiser Kus will present “What is the Importance and Effect of IC 22-3-3-27?” at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) Advanced Workers’ Compensation seminar on March 22 in Indianapolis.

Other topics will include aspects of medical evidence, apportionment in permanent total disability cases, and considerations under IC 22-3-2-2.
