On 12/13/17 Jeff Kehl will present, “Punitive Damages in Illinois” at an upcoming Illinois Defense Trial  Council seminar.

The program will cover the requirements and factors considered when Illinois plaintiffs seek punitive damages in state and federal court, practice tips with regard to pleadings, discovery and trial strategies for minimizing the likelihood or amount of punitive damages awards, and recent trends in jury verdicts in cases in which plaintiffs have sought punitive damages. The final segment will cover perspectives from the bench.
