Of counsel Cary Schwimmer will present at the Memphis Bar Association seminar “Last Minute, Buy the Hour” on December 30. Cary will present “2019 Sixth Circuit Employment Case Review” and discuss seven notable employment law cases, highlighting employer do’s and don’ts when dealing with employees.

Other seminar topics include recent developments in mental health litigation, mediation preparation processes for attorneys and clients, court decisions, ethics opinions and an inside look on consulting for a legal TV drama.
