Nial is a dedicated attorney who is committed to representing employers, insurers and businesses in a wide range of litigation matters.
Before joining Downey & Lenkov, Nial gained insurance defense experience at firms similar in practice. In addition to practice experience, Nial served in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, assisting Baltimore residents with state and federal tax disputes. He helped resolve complex tax issues and successfully negotiated significant reductions in clients’ tax liabilities.
Outside the office, Nial is an avid sports fan, especially of Penn State football and the Boston Red Sox. He also enjoys time outdoors and fishing with his parents and brother.
Did You Know: I worked at my neighborhood Dairy Queen for 6 summers in high school and college. Something deep inside me tells me I haven’t blended my last Blizzard.
