Benjamin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience handling general liability matters. His diverse legal background includes condominium law, products liability, real estate, construction law, professional liability and business law. Throughout his career, Benjamin has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing strategic counsel and effective representation across various industries.
Before joining the firm, Benjamin practiced at several prominent Chicago law firms, where he gained his expertise in both litigation and transactional matters. His legal career also includes time spent serving the City of Chicago, as well as in-house position for a major telecom company. Benjamin has successfully litigated complex cases, most notably securing a defense verdict in a Cook County bench trial in September 2024 as the first chair for a case involving consumer and common law fraud.
Outside of his legal practice, Benjamin is an avid runner and boxer.
