Abigail concentrates her practice in general liability and workers’ compensation defense and effectively handles all aspects of litigation before the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Board, as well as jury and bench trials. She quickly adapts to the changing demands of the legal field to meet the needs and expectations of her clients and team. Abigail is a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in legal writing, previously serving as an Associate Editor for the Valparaiso Law Review.

Prior to joining Downey & Lenkov, Abby handled criminal law, estate planning and general civil litigation matters at another prominent Indiana law firm. Outside of work, Abby enjoys spoiling her Goldendoodle, Poppy.
