PARKING AT WILLIS TOWER
The easiest place to park is in the Tower Self Park (this is a tiered lot with height restrictions that will not accommodate oversized vehicles). Its entrance is on Franklin Street (just north of Jackson Boulevard) across from Willis Tower. Call 312.782.5570 for rates.

ARRIVING AT WILLIS TOWER
Upon entering the Wacker or Franklin Street sides of the building, proceed to the security desk to check in. A government issued picture ID (such as a U.S. state driver’s license or ID card) is required for entry. At the security desk, you will receive a temporary ID that includes your name and location you’re visiting (the 20th Floor). Take this to a security guard near the elevators to the 20th floor. You will need to walk through a scanner before the security guard opens the security turnstiles for you. Take the elevators to the 20th floor and proceed to the Reception Desk.
