Timothy Furman to Present Impaired Workers Webinar for Lorman

Timothy, “T.J.” Furman will present “Impaired Workers and Workers’ Compensation Claims” for Lorman Education Services on July 26. The interactive webinar will provide a better understanding of how to recognize an impaired employee in the workplace, how to respond in workers’ compensation claims and successful defenses involving both prescribed and illegal drugs.

T.J. will discuss:

• Red flags and combating active claims
• Drug usage prior to accident
• Accommodating restrictions
• Marijuana laws: medical and recreational usage
