Chicago of counsel Samuel Levine will present at The Chicago Bar Association’s Mechanics Liens and Construction Claims seminar on March 7. 

The full-day program will examine mechanics liens and construction claims on both private and public projects, contracts and implied obligations, common bond claims pitfalls, designers’ liability challenges and more.

Samuel will cover bankruptcy and receiverships issues that arise when owners or contractors are in financial distress and provide guidance on navigating these issues.
