This panel will discuss the advantages of structured settlements over lump-sum payments, touching on medical inflation, tax considerations, cost-driving trends and key resources for successful claim settlements.

Kirsten Kaiser Kus will co-present “Resolving Workers Compensation Claims Involving Challenging Claimants” on 4/10 at 3:30 PM CST.

Kirsten joins Alicia Hitchcock, Stephanie Neuenfeldt and Treesie Richins to discuss innovative approaches to keep claims progressing towards resolution while dealing with compliance issues, behavioral problems, threats and malingering.
