With over 30 years of experience, Jennifer specializes in labor and employment law. Her extensive background in employment and commercial litigation includes providing advice and representing employers in various forums such as federal and state courts, the EEOC, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the United States and Illinois Departments of Labor. Her clients value her responsiveness, willingness to listen, and deep understanding of their businesses. She advises employers on a wide range of issues including discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate, FMLA, BIPA, wage claims, and much more.

Jennifer has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2020 to 2024 and has been quoted in publications like Chicago Lawyer and the Daily Herald. Her recent case results include winning a summary judgment in an ADA and FMLA case in a federal district court and securing a dismissal in an insurance collection litigation through arbitration in a Nebraska state court. 

Jennifer has four grown children, none of whom are lawyers, but each of which occasionally threatens to go to law school. Jennifer also loves to garden and get her hands in the dirt.
