Evan concentrates his practice in general liability matters. He comes from a long line of Plaintiff’s attorneys and began his career representing injured clients throughout the Chicagoland area. Evan previously second chaired multiple jury trials, including a DuPage County case which ended with an excess verdict allowing his client to collect $800,000.00 on a $100,000.00 insurance policy.

Before joining Downey & Lenkov, Evan also had experience in representing defendants. He participated in several settlement conferences and obtained favorable outcomes for his client during arbitration. Evan also has extensive experience representing insureds throughout the litigation process. Evan’s background gives him a unique perspective on the litigation process from both sides.

Outside of work, Evan likes to cook, travel, and spend time with his wife, son, and two cats.
